about me

I am a native New Yorker and mother of two. I’m also a daughter, a sister, and a co-parent. Like everyone else, I am navigating the same swells and tides of relationships and families. My fascination with the human mind and passion for forming meaningful connections with others has drawn me to this work, where I focus on helping others in their journey towards personal growth and self-development.

Though I love working with individuals, my specialty lies in couples therapy. I am passionate about helping couples at any stage of a relationship build strong partnerships, as I believe that this foundation is key to fostering healthier families. Together, I work with my clients to rebuild communication and deepen connections that might have been lost over time. No matter what stage of your relationship you’re in, I’m here to help.

MY APPROACH

I use a multidisciplinary approach which includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Gottman Method (Level 1), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have also trained extensively in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and always approach from a strength-based perspective. For my practice, continued education is a top priority. I treat my clients using the most effective and evidence-based interventions in our field. I’m passionate about learning and always eager for the opportunity to help people build healthy and fulfilling relationships - with their partners and themselves.
